Dear 2025,

Here we are, almost at the end of our journey with you.

And what a journey it has been!

We organized events and workshops led by amazing speakers. Our volunteer team grew, we made new connections and partners throughout this chapter, and our community expanded. And it will continue to expand.

You may not have been perfect for everyone. Some of us may have had a rougher start or a turbulent moment in our lives. We may have lived through changes, fear, uncertainty, perhaps disappointment.

But you did not let us down. You also brought us hope, success, inspiration, and strength. We became more aware of our skills, of our leadership styles. We learned to be more assertive and respect each other’s boundaries.

We learned to stand up for ourselves, to know when to say “No”. To stand up together against violence. We learned to empower each other more.

We stumbled, but we rose again, and we continued to weave and strengthen the fabric of our equality.

We celebrated together a chapter full of storms and sunshine, roller coasters and merry-go-rounds. And we are still here.

Stronger. Hopefully wiser.

Curious about what tomorrow brings, excited.

In a world full of uncertainty, we learned to keep standing.

We are leaving you, grateful and humble for these lessons, while celebrating.

And we still move forward. Together.
