About us

We are the first English-speaking professional women’s network in Luxembourg! We were founded in 1991, by four professional women who envisioned a networking and career development association.  For nearly 30 years, we’ve been connecting women in Luxembourg and the Greater Region through the tireless work of our volunteers.

We welcome women of all nationalities within the Luxembourg community. Our mission is to connect them and facilitate their collaboration, which powers change and development in our community. We aim at empowering and inspiring our members.

  • Break through traditional boundaries: providing a platform for networking and support, representing the interests of professional women in Luxembourg.
  • Empower professional women: serving as a resource for career and personal development, and providing a forum where we can exchange career and job opportunities
  • Support and encourage social, cultural and philanthropic activities.
