An HR professional with an international background. Patricia's experience in 6 countries shaped her adaptability and global perspective. Born in Geneva, Patricia began her career in banking before discovering her passion for HR during her 17-year tenure at Ferrero. After a business venture in France, she returned to Luxembourg, managing Compensation & Benefits at Fidelity for 14 countries.. Since 2018, she is Head of HR at FANUC, specializing in talent management, strategy, and compensation and benefits.
