In a world of rapid change, women frequently encounter specific challenges. Join us to discover practical tools to navigate stress, prioritize self-care, and develop resilience. Burn-out doesn’t just appear out of the blue. It’s usually the result of long-term mental overload and chronic stress. Unable to resist the pressure imposed on it, the mind goes to “safety mode” and switches off.

According to WHO, burn-out is developing mainly in industrialized countries. The cause lies in the rapid and profound transformation of the world of work, which in recent decades has been subjected to market globalization, competitiveness, the development of new technologies, job insecurity and more. In Europe today, it is estimated that one out of every two leaves from work is linked to chronic stress. According to INAMI figures, more than two-thirds of cases of disability due to burn-out or depression involve women, accounting for 68% of all cases. Women have also seen a significant increase of almost 50% over the past 5 years in burn-out and depression-related disabilities.

Come & join our workshop event ! Learn how you can manage your stress levels within the workplace and as independents, solopreneurs, entrepreneurs and/or parents. Learn how to strengthen your resilience, clarify your knowledge about burn-out, understand what happens and how to avoid it, so we can stay inspired and motivated while enjoying our lives, our work and everything that brings us joy.

You’ll leave with:

  • greater clarity on the mechanisms of burn-out, internal and external risk factors, and far fewer misconceptions!
  • a better understanding of the role of nutrition in the process
  • a test to find out if you’re a personality at risk
  • an essential relaxation experience to avoid burn out
