THE NETWORK signs Diversity Charter

Yesterday, Mariana Florea, President of THE NETWORK, signed the Diversity Charter (Charte de la Diversité – Lëtzebuerg) with 40 new companies in the presence of the Family and Integration Minister, Corinne Cahen.

After the public signing of the Diversity Charter, we enjoyed a presentation of the Autonomous Working Groups 2022 tools:

  • Intergenerational management: a practical guide
  • Altered health at work: a practical guide and testimonies
  • Gender equality: a self-assessment tool

The speakers during the event pointed out the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace and how contributing to it increases profitability and productivity, attracts and retains talent, and increases creativity and innovation.

THE NETWORK is really proud to be part of the Diversity Charter and will do its best to honor the commitment that was made yesterday.

The event was organized by IMS – Luxembourg and hosted by ING Luxembourg.
